The Diploma of Business Information Systems course focuses on the introduction and development of skills to prepare students for a career as an information system professional. Students will learn critical academic skills, and knowledge and applications of information systems across a variety of businesses. This course is the perfect pathway into the Bachelor and Master degree in Business Information Systems.
The Diploma of Business Information Systems is made up of 6 core subjects (60 credits) at level 100 and 2 elective subjects (80 credits) at level 100.

DOMESTIC ADMISSIONS CRITERIA
To be eligible for admission you must satisfy one of the entry requirements below: Year 12 with ATAR 50+ (or equivalent) OR Successful completion of a Higher Education qualification. OR Successful completion of a Vocational qualification (AQF Level 4), or above. OR Work and Life Experience Entry Demonstrated skills and knowledge gained through paid or unpaid employment, formal learning and/or non-formal learning (presented on a current resume with attached cover letter).
GUARANTEED PATHWAY ENTRY Successful completion of the Diploma of Business Information Systems with Torrens University Australia will guarantee entry into the 2nd year of the Bachelor of Business Information Systems.
INTERNATIONAL ADMISSIONS CRITERIA
- Australian Year 12 or equivalent; and
